How does JensDeals.com work?
Our Deal Finders scour the web to find the most significant deals. When we
discover worthy bargains, we provide you with the information you need to make
smart purchases and link you directly to the merchant. We don’t sell the
product ourselves: we simply send you to the right place to buy the product and
we make it easy for you to get there.
Does JensDeals.com sell anything?
No. We have located merchants who offer the products you are looking for at the
lowest possible prices. When you decide to purchase a product from our
merchants, we link you directly to the merchant.
Who should I call if I have not yet received the product I
purchased or if I have general questions about the product I purchased?
You should call the merchant from whom you purchased the product.
How do JensDeals.com coupons work?
Our coupons highlight deals that go over and beyond the merchant’s basic low
prices. They may or may not expire, depending on the particular special. If the
coupon provides a code other than "NONE", it’s likely you’ll need to specify
the code during the check out process at the merchant. Our coupons are
informational only. Use the coupons to obtain the correct information to make
an online purchase at a discounted rate. You do not need to print out the
coupons: no “bricks and mortar” store will honor them. They are for online
purchases that qualify for the particular special at the featured merchant
only.
While we do our best to provide to you the correct, most current details for
each special, merchants can change details without notifying us. For this
reason, please always verify that the product is eligible for the discount
prior to completing the actual purchase. You must verify the code is entered
and the special price is correct before you make the actual purchase. Most
merchants will not honor coupons after a purchase is made.
How do I know if there is a coupon available on a product?
If a product has discounts available in addition to the low price listed,
you'll see:
Click on the icon to see the coupon details relevant to each product.
What happens if there is more than one coupon available for a
product?
In some cases, the merchant will let you take multiple discounts for the same
product. In other cases, the merchant will allow you to redeem only one coupon
and will give you a choice of which offer you’d prefer. Generally, if the
merchant does not need a code for a particular coupon (code: NONE) then it’s
likely you can combine that coupon, or multiple coupons with no code, with a
coupon that carries a code. See the merchant for further details. The details
are generally spelled out during the checkout process for each merchant.
Why does JensDeals.com provide a cart for some of my purchases
but sends me to the merchant’s site for other purchases?
Because many of the products we feature are from Amazon.com and their third
party merchants, we have created a cart to make shopping for their products
easier. You’ll notice that we still send you to Amazon.com to make the actual
purchases after you create a list of products you wish to purchase. For the
many other merchants we feature, we send you to their site to make the actual
purchase before you create a list of items you want. Once you link to the right
merchant, you can create a list in that merchant’s own shopping cart. And then
you can return to JensDeals.com to find additional products from other
merchants.
What determines the "List Price?"
The "List Price" represents the full retail price listed on the product, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. We obtain the list prices directly from the merchant or if the merchant does not supply it, we use the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
Who is Jen?
Jen has spent her entire life bargaining for a deal. There is nothing she hates
more than finding something she just bought at a price lower than what she paid
for it. She figured that as long as she was finding deals, she would gladly
share them with other deal finders. If you know of a better deal,
Jen wants to hear about it!
