I vowed not to purchase another Christmas CD but I couldn't not purchased this beautiful music by Enya. She has a wonderful voice and I this is something I will listen to all year round.

This was somewhat disappointing - have about all Enya's CD's - not finding anything in this album except recycled bits of melody and rhythms from previous albums.

A lot of artists came out with their CD during Christmas but I was cautious to buy due to this year 's financial crisis around the world but after I bought "And winter came" and listened to it a few time, I must say the 9.99 price tag on Amazon is a great BUY!
The sound is lush , colorful (many shades of white) and warm. I put it on with my new 200W amplifier and it filled the big room, or just listen on your MP3 with the base on high...It is more varied between songs and you will remember each song better than her last CD.

I like Enya a lot and have I think all of her cds. I always look forward to her new cds. However, these songs are too much like her other songs. I know that song writers have a certain style and that style is expected to be heard in new work, but none of these songs have an interesting "kick". Nothing that makes you say, "Oh, this is good". It's not even so much that they are like her other songs but that they are plainly boring!

Typical Enya: sweet, crystal, spiritual and uplifting. You can literally feel in your heart, touch with your senses the joy of CHRIST-mas with this one! Thank you!
