This product is excellent for working out...it protects the ipod from sweat and you are able to wrap the extra length of headphone wire around to keep it out of your way....I use this for both jogging and for weight lifting.....the rubber portion that holds the ipod itself is good quality, however the arm band does not last...I have had this item for about 2 months and the armband portion is falling apart, and the velcro came off as I was removing the item from my arm after a workout....it also comes with a clip that can be attached to belt loops etc which also works very well....
