Great value. (Rating: 4 out of 5) The canon Elph's just keep getting better. This camera is slick, lightweight and goof proof. It takes beautiful pictures and the controls are ergonomically accessible and intuitive. Shutter lag time when using the flash is a little longer than I would have hoped but I may not be using the auto-focus feature correctly. One great feature is the optical viewfinder which allows for steadier picture taking and the turning off of the LCD display to save battery life. Many of the Elphs have cut this feature which eliminated them from my consideration. The videos are terrific and the wide angle/telephoto switch operates during the filming. More expensive models have one great feature that this model doesn't have--a wide angle lens for panoramic shots. Short of that, this model is a tremendous value.
Very satisfied (Rating: 5 out of 5) Love the camera so far. Easy to use and a lot smaller than my previous camera. I used to get a lot of blurry pictures. I think the image stabilizer is helping me.
good! (Rating: 4 out of 5) very good device, fast and easy to manage, the picture resolution is good, the camar small and light.very good!
Lew from NJ (Rating: 5 out of 5) Got this camera for my wife as a Christmas present. She absolutely loves it. She now downloads all the pictures to our home computer with the software and USB connector included in the box. The pictures are sharp and the battery life is longer then my SD600 camera. I would highly recommend the SD770.
Excellent Camera (Rating: 5 out of 5) Got it to replace an older Sony. Lots of features I'm still learning. Takes really great pictures without flash, red eye correction is nice for kids pictures. Kid setting is great for toddlers. Battery charges fast. Download to computer is fast once I learned the software. Is nice compact size. 12X zoom is fun to play with. Pictures turn out pretty decent once I caught on how to hold the camera and what settings I needed to use. Only feature I haven't figured out and it may not be there is my old Sony let me move the picture and resave it, I haven't been able to do that with this Canon. Only drawback is there are so many features that I have to keep the instruction book handy. Otherwise worth the $.
