We purchased this Panasonic digital cordless answering system for our daughter and her family for Christmas. She was thrilled with the looks and color (black) as well as the performance of the phone system. Her children can now talk to their friends in the privacy of their own bedrooms without having to install more phone jacks!

Very light and comfortable in my hand. Was looking for backlit numbers, backlit LED screen, easy to use, good sound quality, "night" function for my bedroom handset, and having the ringer on each handset set at different volumes in different parts of the house. Got all these, and a very easy-to-use answering system.

Good phone. Range coverage is good as well. But sometimes one of the handset would just switch off when try to make calls. Not sure if the issue is with the phone or something else.

Great features on the phone, great clarity for the most part, all-in-all a good phone. Does pick up some static on rare occasions, but not sure if that is the line itself or the phone on the other end, since it is so rare.
