I bought this on sale.This is very handy and it is dual voltage.
However only high power setting is possible in 240v.

Pro: The hair dryer worked well in Greece and Turkey. The size and power are great.

Con: The screw head like "button" that you turn to change voltage is down right impossible for an average female to operate. I had trouble at home turning the button with a coin as recommended by the tech support people when I called for assistance. I finally had to use a screw driver! Now I leave the setting set for European voltage and just use it for foreign travel.

The dual-voltage "switch" looks like a screw, but the guide says I flick it to 250 so that I can plug it in supplies over 125. I flick and turn with all my might and after breaking two fingernails and slicing the plastic "switch" with a screwdriver, I imagined it turn just a wee bit. I gave up on it and now I need to go buy an AC converter..

Very nice product, ideal for my purposes if it hadn't broken.

After a few weeks of use, something broke so that not all of the heating coils engage when on low heat, thus the air is fairly cool. High heat seems to work fine still. It's a pity, but otherwise good.

I bought this hair dryer at a great price and I really like it. It has a lot of power and it folds easily for when I travel. Oh, and it's purple. :)
