Product DescriptionTurn any tea time into a display of floral flavor. This bold Earl Grey black tea blend brews a truly classic cup, contained within a fancy flower that blossoms beautifully as it steeps in hot water.
Amazon.com Product DescriptionCharm your favorite tea-drinker with this gift set of flowering Earl Grey black tea. A collection of 12 tea flower balls, the set features a blend of black tea leaves with Earl Grey flavorings and all-natural dried flowers hand-sewn together by artisans in China. As each tea ball steeps, it slowly unfurls into a stunning floral arrangement, adding beauty and surprise to the pleasures of teatime. Each ball can be steeped three times, for up to 250 cups of tea total. For elegant gift giving, the tea comes in a pretty canister with images of the flowers inside and a green cord. Flowering teas are best viewed in glass mugs and teapots, both of which are made by Primula and other companies. Gift sets of flowering green tea and white tea are also available. --Emily Bedard
Primula 12-Pack Flowering Black Tea, Earl Grey Tea (Rating: 4 out of 5) The item was shipped quickly and was in perfect condition. It is a gift, so unsure as to how the teas actually taste. Still, excellent service on getting it out and to me in a timely manner!
Great tea during tea time (Rating: 5 out of 5) Primula Flowering Black/Earl Grey tea is an excellent tea during tea time.
Each ball can make 2 pots of tea.
The flowers tend to naturally sweeten the tea so no sugar is needed,
yet it is not too sweet.
The blooming flower is an excellent conversation piece.
I highly recommend it for the discriminating tea drinker and beginners alike.
Tea People (Rating: 5 out of 5) Tea People will understand the gift of Primula Flower. It is so amazing to watch the tea open up, it is almost spiritual. The taste is a bonus. I recommend Flowering Black Tea.
Lovely to look at--but underwhelming taste (Rating: 2 out of 5) I really enjoy Primula tea, so I was disappointed when I tried my first Earl Gray Black Tea. I love how Primula tea blooms, and I love their jasmine green tea, but this one tastes weird. I can't really tell what kind of black tea it is, the bergamot (the flavor in Earl Gray) is so strong. It almost tastes too perfumey, too artificial.
I'm going back to the Primula Flowering Green Tea ASAP.
Delicious Black Tea (Rating: 5 out of 5) I love this tea. It has a little orange flavor. It's so delicious and I recommend this for iced tea. I brew a huge pot for entertaining. No sugar needed. Each of the flowers open quickly. I have never seen black flower tea before and I was so delighted to find it.
