Nice case and looks great on the ipod, but plan on leaving your ipod in it. It's very hard to get off without cracking it or your nails.

This product is exactly what you see pictured (On January 5, 2009, anyway)--a hard plastic shell with a hard plastic belt clip attachment. The descriptions, however state:

- Screen protector is a separate piece of clear, hard plastic with a soft rubbery ring that lies against the screen
- Tough rubberized corners provide extra protection
- Made from a strong, tear-resistant material, the ToughSkin's one-of-a-kind design provides rugged protection for your iPod nano.

That last point indicates to me that the details and description on this product are for an entirely different product. Just don't be thinking you're getting a hardshell case WITH rubberized corners and a soft rubbery ring protecting your screen!

For what it is, the product is okay. It's hard, but very thin. I hope I don't find out, but I don't see any way this product won't shatter or crack if dropped--it's that brittle-looking. For protecting my iPod as it sits on my car seat or in the glovebox, I'm sure it'll be fine. But I'd look elsewhere for one that would stand up to use in more active--and accident-prone activities.

This little case/cover is exactly what I was looking for, but could never find! It fits the ipod like a sleek glove and I especially love that it comes with 2 backs, the plain one and the belt clip one (which I have really been using almost exclusively). That feature really makes it hands-free - just clip it on and go!

It is VERY clear, which is what I wanted (not at all "cloudy" in any way) - it is beautiful!

This case does everything I need it to do. I wanted something to protect the screen and clip the ipod to my belt. this is a nice clear hard plastic case that the ipod fits very nicely in. The protection for the screen is a thin plastic piece of film that originally covered the click wheel, but I modified the film to leave the click wheel uncovered, which preserves the responsiveness of the wheel. Highly recommended.

I love this case because it is very protective and allows everyone to see the color of your Nano. The only reason I can't give it five stars is because the bottom of the case wraps around a little too far, and I can't fit the headphone jack all the way into the iPod. This really messes up my reception for the iPod FM radio adapter. Everything else is great, though.
