Adapter faulty & BlueProton did not refund shipping (Rating: 1 out of 5) Three computers and a printer would not recognize this card, so in exasperation I took it to Best Buy to find out why. Turns out the adapter was faulty. BlueProton did not refund shipping for faulty merchandise, so there was no way I would try another card to see if it were a fluke. Why should I have to pay shipping 2X to test their products?
