I like the armband. It's very well made, but there is a design flaw. When I pull the tab over the bottom of the ipod it stretches the case tight. This puts pressure on my play/pause control and it will randomly toggle on and off. As long as I don't pull the tab to secure the ipod the controls work fine.

Have used it for several months and it's held up great. Tuck the headphone cord back under the case enclosure flap to keep your headphones from coming unplugged while running.

This armband works so good I ordered one for my husband! It's well made and comfortable. My ipod fits right in and I'm able to use all the functions without a problem. I highly recommend this.

Just this year, I finally pulled myself out of the dark ages and bought an iPod nano. :) Since I intended to use it mostly for running or walking, I did a great deal of online research to find a good armband that would stay in place when I used it. This product came with great reviews and I made the jump. Lucky for me, I found that this Belkin F8Z105 iPod Nano Sports Armband to be perfect! I desired an armband that securely held the iPod in place without a way for it to "escape" while running. In this product, you slide the ipod in, and there is a flap with velcro that secures it at the bottom. I never worry that my iPod might slip out. The clear covering is great at protecting the iPod, but you can still use the controls easily through the plastic. You obviously have to press a bit harder than you would without the plastic over the iPod, but that is to be expected. The thing that I like best about this product is that the armband stays nice and tight (with several patches of velcro) even when running. I have been using it now for several months, and not once has it loosened or come undone, which is a relief. I am an average sized woman with an average sized arm, and the armband fits me fine, though it could accomodate a smaller arm as well. The armband also comes with an armband extension, which I have not had to use. I like to wear the armband quite tight, so it won't move on me, and it does leave imprints on my upper arm for 20 minutes or so, but I couldn't care less about that. I imagine if you are just using your iPod for walking, you could wear the armband a bit looser, as you don't have the jogging motion that requires stabilization. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this product and happy that I took some time to do the online research that led me to this product.

To sum it up in a nutshell, this product does the trick for what I paid. Sometimes I have to take the Nano out of the holder to use the controls properly and sometimes have to take it off to do certain exercises. However, these instances are not frequent enought to discontinue use.
