I was extremely hesitant at first to purchase these speakers because of the price. All of the other speakers cost much more than this. I received these speakers and they are quite small but the audio was nice and loud and the quality wasn't bad at all. They can charge with 4 AAA batteries or through a USB connection. Overall a great set of speakers for the price.

My only complaint is that they sent me a white one instead of the black one I ordered. Beyond that, I'm really happy with the purchase. For less than $7, the sound is great for my office. My Zune 80GB works well with it and I don't have to crank up the Zune to maximum volume (unlike other speakers/stereos I've tried) -- the amplication is surprisingly good. I'm powering the speakers from my desktop computer using the included USB cable -- no problems. I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop, but so far it hasn't -- nothing bad to report at all.

All I wanted was a speaker system that I could use at my desk. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, I was hesitant at first to buy something so inexpensive, however they have held up great and work perfectly. Nice quality of sound-great for what I needed

I have used coby speakers for MP3 players before. These speakers are louder and handle bass better. The sound quality that comes out of these things for 6 bucks is a great deal, i was shocked! The package comes with a USB power connection not a regular one.

The sound at max volume will not be able to cut it in very noisy environments like a party, but is perfect for camping, in the office, or similar uses.
