Great toy but dangerous for curious kittys. Label says PUT TOY AWAY OR YOUR CAT WILL LOVE IT TO PIECES. WHAT THEY DO NOT SAY IS THAT IF YOUR CAT FINDS THIS TOY WHEN YOU ARE NOT AROUND HE CAN BECOME TANGLEd IN IT AND CHOKE. The long cord and the long wand are dangerous. My 4 year old cat found his Da Bird in our bookshelf at 3AM last week and managed to get it wrapped around both his neck and his back paw. He then panicked and ran choking and frothing through the house with the three foot wand whipping around behind him tightening the cord as it flipped from side to side . He went unconscious and we were able to cut the cord which was wrapped tightly around his neck. It is 7 days later and he still will not play with his replacement DA Bird.......so BEWARE......too much "love" is not a good thing. PUT YOUR TOY AWAY WHERE YOUR CAT CAN"T EVEN SEE IT OR GET IT! Fortunately they have 9 lives............

I must admit I was skeptical about how my cats would react, but my furry friends weren't as cynical. From the moment I swung Da Bird over their heads, they were sold on it. I had no idea my cats could twist into such interesting positions in mid-air!

Da Bird cat toy is the most favorite toy of our three cats. I originally bought it at our vet's office and the cats immediately loved it. We have drawers full of other toys, but they will only go after Da Bird feather toy. The plastic detachable rod though starts to splinter, so get the feather refills and place it on another rod. I found myself putting the toy away at night and dropping the rod in pain because shards of plastic had gotten in my hands. So if your cats chews on the rod like mine do then change that out.

This is a fun and inexpensive toy for your favorite feline. Most cats love to play with, chase, and attack feathers. If your cat does, get this for him and show him that you really care about his natural instincts. He'll thank you for it later.

I have a shy persian cat, but not anymore with this toy! My cat will do flips and things I didn't think were possible. We've gone through 4 of these toys she loves them so much. As soon as she sees a new one in a bag she runs over and starts meowing. If you are starting to get a lazy cat get this toy!
