Works ok, not too great for L2 (Rating: 3 out of 5) This product worked really well, but it is really just good for an initial setup. Now that most phones have bluetooth along with computers that do, you can easily manage your files on your phone. It is good for managing your contacts positions.

I purchased this item, wondering if it would really work for the price, since the usb cable alone was worth the purchase price. The software was easy to download and use, if you read the help section before trying to use it. Works Better than expected. Can't beat this item for what it does at this price. Motorola provides updates for the software.
Motorloa Phone tools (Rating: 1 out of 5) The service was prompt but the product will not work on my phone. Apparently Verizon blocks the product from working on their phones. I tried downloading an file to unlock it, but still had no success. Good thing it only cost $1.99. Not the seller's fault, Verizon is to blame on this one.
