I use my pans every day some times 2-3 meals. These held up for about a year before the teflon started to peel off. I use only plastic or wood utensils. The wore out and I bought another set and will buy them again. I like the style and heavy duty construction.

I've had these pans for a while (4 or so months) they are very durable and easy to use and cleanup is a breeze. I use them more than my calphalon 1 fry pans, I'm very satisfied.

Years ago I had Club aluminum and later added Farberware Millenium as a nonstick option. Over the years the Club aluminum warped. That was replaced by copper bottom Revereware. That was a disappointment as was the Millenium that was never a true nonstick. It stuck bigtime. The Revereware was replaced with a stainless steel triclad. It's awesome in it's cooking abilities but so is the cleaning. I was just browsing Amazon when I saw the sale on Calphalon Contemporary omelet pans. I went for it. A bit of olive oil or Smart Balance or nothing, these pans don't stick. Omelets? I've sauted and fried other foods, too many to count. No hot spots. Cleanup is a breeze.

And the answer is yes. I have purchased more Calphalon Contemporary.

I bought these as a gift for a friend. When I sent them she was thankful but didn't want pans with metal handles as she thought they would get hot. I told her try the and if the handle got hot I would send her other pans. Well I got an email from her that went something like this "THANK YOU. THESE PANS ARE AWESOME" She made dinner and the handles stayed cool, the non-stick was really non-stick and the even heating was a revelation for her. She told me that it actually made cooking FUN! Now that is a rave review!

I bought these and I am very happy with them. You can't beat the price and they are good quality.
