Product DescriptionHarry Potter and the Goblet of Fire brings back Harry, Ron, and Hermione for moreadventure! Harry is mysteriously selected as the fourth contestant in the dangerous Triwizard Tournament. Each competitor in the international competition must confront a fire-breathing dragon, rescue friends from the icy depths of the Black Lake, and navigate the twisting mysteries of a vast, dangerous maze. It may Sound difficult, but Harry is older, wiser and more skilled now. Still, even he isn't ready for another show with the evil Lord Voldemort himself!
Awesome game (Rating: 5 out of 5) I love Harry Potter and really enjoyed playing this game. It is so easy to follow along, and you can lose track of the time because you are so engrossed in the game.
horrible videogame! (Rating: 1 out of 5) The book and film of goblet of fire were good, but this game is awful! i tought that it would be great, but it isnt! the hogwartz levels are awful! the triwizard levels are, well, good, but they still dont make this a great game. what an awful game this is.
ditto (Rating: 4 out of 5) I was a bit disappointed, it was like the last game I played only a few more things added to it....but I am a true fan and played it anyway...go harry.
Very Disappointing (Rating: 2 out of 5) Once again we have a game with loads of work done on flashy graphics but terrible gameplay - immediately obvious from the beginning.
If you're buying this for PC you will need specs at least 4x the recommendation. I have a PC at least twice as powerful as required but this game plays with horrible delay. Clearly the developers only tested on supercomputers.
Add this to far too many cut scenes and menus, and some tedium about collecting cards and you have a pretty dull game.
The best by far (Rating: 5 out of 5) I played this game about a year ago and my sister and I (I'm 25 and she's 18) played it non stop until the end, which took a few days to complete. Then we played it again and yet another time, trying to do a little better each time and just having friendly competition with each other. It is so much fun. Now, a year later, I saw it on the xbox rack for under $15.00 and bought it right up and we're at it again. The graphics are great. Really superb. Especially the mini movies in between levels. The characters are true to how they look in the movies. Thankfully, it's their real voices and not some hokey version of it. It doesn't stick to the plot of the book, but whatever. I wish Krum and Cedric were in the game, but alas they are not. And there's no Quidditch. That's kind of a bummer. But overall it's really fun and my second favorite game ever. I would recommend it to anyone.
