The right size (Rating: 4 out of 5) This is a good size for entrees for two. The cover comes in handy for leftovers.
Great idea (Rating: 5 out of 5) It is great for stacking in the frig. for more room and for traveling to friends houses and picnics, etc.
Size Matters (Rating: 5 out of 5) The only place that I found the size for this item was in the Product Description. Do not pay attention to the place where totally different numbers are entered for the Product Dimensions; from that place one could be mislead into thinking that this pan was 9 x 13, and it isn't. I have learned that this area in Amazon listings is often incorrect. The dish is in fact 7 x 11. I like to premake my casseroles for baking later in the day, and this product is great because it is the right size for two people and comes with it's own heavy rubber lid. I have used Pyrex products for years, and they always hold up. This product was also on Amazon's 4 for 3 special and super saver shipping, making it an even better deal.
Perfect size when not wanting to live on leftovers (Rating: 5 out of 5) When cooking for just two, making a full meal in the standard 9 x 13 pan means living on leftovers for quite awhile. This 7 x 11 pan is a perfect size for downsizing my favorite recipes!
Very useful Pan (Rating: 5 out of 5) This 11 x 7 pan is a perfect size for lasagna or stuffed shells.
It also works well as a brownie pan (not if you use mixes, as they require a different size). We also use it for roasting chicken & baking tandoori (it distributes heat very well).
Like all Pyrex cookware it is durable, easy to care for, doesn't change the taste of foods or leech harmful subastances, not does it show signs of wear over time.
Nothing else compares in terms of utility (and value). Not as pretty as some, but very very useful.
