Product DescriptionYou can BBQ all night long without changing a tank using this 46-inch long high-pressure hose. This is a very popular hose because this hose connects appliances that are designed for disposable cylinders to a 5-20 pounds refillable LP type tanks giving users much longer run times and convience.
Amazon.com ReviewTurn a portable gas grill into a standard barbecue that goes the distance with this convenient adapter hose. Perfect for grilling on the go, portables aren't always the best way to go for all-night entertaining. They run on small propane cylinders that can be difficult to dispose of and last no more than a couple of hours. However, thanks to Weber you can have your portability and endurance too. Weber's handy adaptor hose allows you to connect with standard 20-pound tanks of propane for extended cooking times and easy refilling. --Mary Park
Outstanding hose (Rating: 5 out of 5) This product works great. It connects a standard tank to the baby weber grill.
Finicky, fussy, and flaky (Rating: 1 out of 5) Even after following all the tips and suggestions made by other reviewers, I've been unable to get reliable use of the hose. I follow each step (turn this off, wait, turn this on, wait, turn this off, yada, yada) and it only works some of the time. The next time I cook, I have to go through the whole routine all over again. I just don't have this kind of time.
Propane hose Adapter (Rating: 5 out of 5) The merchandise works well with my colman camping grill and a 20 lb. propane tank.
Ruined in 1 month (Rating: 1 out of 5) Buy this hose only if you have no squirrels or other rodents where you live. They bite right through this Weber hose, they ruined mine after just 1 month of use. A far better product that does the same thing is the Freedom Grill FG-50HA hose. It is stainless steel braid hose, and animal proof. It is slightly shorter, but still plenty long enough to reach from the Q grill at table height to a 20 lb cylinder on the ground. Thanks for earlier reviews that point to the FG-50HA. I bought it and it works great with my Q.
Doesn't work with Q 300 (Rating: 3 out of 5) There's no mention of this in the product description. This product won't work with the Weber Q 300 Grill.
