My cats love it... the dogs, not so much. (Rating: 4 out of 5) My cats LOVE this item, and will chase the dot for as long as I am willing to play with them. I can get my dogs interested when I shoot it onto the yard from the second floor of my house... but other than that, they're not laser-locked (pardon the bad pun) on it like the kitties.
"Reptiles are intrigued" has to be the greatest marketing description EVER.
Jack loves it, I don't. (Rating: 3 out of 5) I have a few issues with this product. It came with one broken picture thing (the grasshopper), and the beam fluctuates in intensity while I'm using it, becoming so dim my dog can't really see it, or it turns itself off. For $6, I suppose I got what I paid for though. I don't see this thing lasting much longer. In the meantime, my dog, Jack, enjoys it. (Incidentally, Jack's favorite thing to chase is just the plain red dot from leaving the picture attachments off.)
Maxy's favorite (Rating: 4 out of 5) My cat loves this. He usually gets bored very quickly but he would play with this for hours. Unlike other review my batteries only lasted a week. I bought a set of duracels and they also only lasted a week. Batteries are costing five dollars a week. But it's worth it, Have tried all the different figures but the best is the pointer finger.
Archie's favorite! (Rating: 4 out of 5) My cat loves this toy, and so do I. When his energy level is through the roof and I'm too tired to run around the room any more, I pull this little boogie out and he's in cat heaven, while I get to sit in one place and laugh at him. Battery is quite long lasting -- I've been using it daily for six months now and haven't needed to replace it yet.
