Although most people never got to see IZ in concert, "Hot Hawaiian Nights" gives all of IZ's fans the chances to experience the wonder that is IZ. "Hot Hawaiian Nights" was released in 2002, giving the public the opportunity to enjoy performances by IZ that were taped in 1993 and 1995. IZ is joined by many other talented and respected perfromers, such as, Roland Cazimero, Mel Amina, Analu Aina, Gaylord Holomalia, Mike Muldoon.

Independently produced, low budget and simple, this dvd conveys a sense of great depth and love of Hawaii and its music, no glitz, so gentle, one can feel almost feel the rhythm of the waves.

If I lived in Hawaii, I would appreciate this movie so much more. It's great to see Iz in concert at local places singing with other local greats. It is not a documentary, just a home-stlye movie of so-so quality of various concerts. The music is always awesome, but you would get more from a cd.

Its music that I find that you can never get tired of listening too.
I have bought two copies of this dvd as I showed the first one to a friend and they wanted one as well.
Such wonderful music from a gentle giant with a great voice,what a shame that he passed away.

I don't think I would have purchased it if I would have seen a preview, but his music is still great. I expect more when I purchase a entertainer's DVD.

The first time I heard somewhere over the rainbow, I had to find out who he was..My husband and I went to Hawaii in September and you could here any where you went. I was in a store and it came on. So I asked if they knew who it was..and they told me.. I bought the first CD. When we got home I looked him up. Well I loved it. He had a wonderful voice..I had to buy more.. I am thankful that Amazon has his DVD's and CD's. Worth every penny...
