Product DescriptionYour muffins and cupcakes will come tumbling easily right out of this pan, even if you don't grease the cups or use liners. You'll be happy to know this tough material has been reinforced to guard against scratching, and it's up to the challenge of dishwasher cleaning.
Amazon.com ReviewA dozen muffins bake in this pan at 25 degrees lower than recipes call for and finish about 10 minutes quicker, thanks to the pan's heavyweight-steel construction and dark color that ensure even heat distribution. The pan measures 16 by 11 inches, and muffins are 2-3/4 by 1-1/4 inches, just right for children's breakfasts or school lunches. Because the nonstick coating covers the entire pan, not just the cooking area, cleanup requires no more than a quick scrub in soapy water. But it's dishwasher-safe, too. --Fred Brack
Great muffin pan (Rating: 5 out of 5) This is a great muffin pan. I got mine about 2 months ago and have used it a few times already. It really is non-stick; clean up is a snap. The only thing to be careful of - these really do cook your muffins a lot quicker. I have yet to get my muffins out of the oven without burning the bottoms of the muffins a bit. I didn't use paper liners the first time and I burned them bad. Even with liners I've still been getting them a little over done.
Make sure you drop the cooking time by about 30% and check them EARLY, because you are going to burn some muffins if you're not careful! I'd also recommend dropping the oven temp a notch.
THE best muffin tin! (Rating: 5 out of 5) I love this muffin tin! I bought it 2 years ago on Amazon and came back to see if they were still available. I'm planning to buy another. Muffins really do cook faster in this tin. The cups are bigger than the cheap aluminum muffin tins. It's a great addition to your bakeware.
High quality (Rating: 5 out of 5) I love this muffin pan. I have used others that rusted in a short time. This pan is not too dark or too light, so you get perfectly even browning. It is heavy duty instead of thin. The dark pans will brown things too fast, sometimes almost burning them. Shiny pans hardly brown at all. This is the best muffin pan I've ever used and I have been baking muffins for years.
I highly recommend this muffin pan. It will be the last one you ever buy.
