recipes such as pasta carbonara would be high in calories. One celebrity has bacon or ham for breakfast each day.

This book is loaded with top secret diets from some of the biggest actresses around. A must have to any dieting collection, also with a Hollywood twist. I also liked, for Hollywood purposes, Take Your Shirt Off: A Novel of Hollywood and would recommend it in addition to this one.
