Doctor Recommended Book (Rating: 4 out of 5) Upon my asking my physician how I can lose weight and if there's anything he could give to me he highly recommended I read this book. This book was easy to read and it's a easy plan to follow. I just began it so I can't really say how it does with the weight loss but I've enjoyed reading the book and everything mentioned in the book makes since to me.
