Interested in the subject, this CD was a sleeper (Rating: 1 out of 5) I just threw away this thing as it was not only a waste of money, but I didnt want to donate it to my place of employment for fear that clients truly interested in this subject would be totally turned off by the stuff within. What a waste.

Good mechanics of meditation (Rating: 5 out of 5) The author provides a powerful framework and practical set of principles and straight forward exercises for living in the now and gaining peace of mind. The book has less spiritualism - which can be off putting for some - compared to Tolle's A New Earth or The Power of Now (which offer profound insights from an enlightened human being, IMO).
