Too basic (Rating: 3 out of 5) Although I am new to the raw food world, I found this book too basic and not well organized. While the recipes are acceptable, I found only two that I wanted to use: Key Lime Mousse Pie & the Coconut crust. Other than that, I was very disappointed.
Raw Food Made Easy (Rating: 5 out of 5) This is my first Raw Food book, and I find the recipes easy to follow and they taste great. We are over 65 and love the new challange of making raw meals. My goal is to make one meal everyday "raw" along with modern day macrobiotic meals that we have enjoyed for years! We definately feel very energetic and inspired. No matter what age a person is, I believe we must focus on wellness and understand that we become what we eat! Raw Foods are an excellent choice, especially when their are organic. Praise goes out to my daughter, Devon Johnson for getting us started on raw foods during the summer of 2008. Perhaps she will inspire you also. Her website is [...] She recommended this Raw Foods Made Easy book for me to get started! We love it!

Great recipes! (Rating: 5 out of 5) I am new to raw foods (3 months), and am really enjoying this book. The recipes are delicious; just as good as cooked, and without the stuffed feeling, lack of energy, or the cravings to overeat (especially desserts). This is a wonderful and (even more importantly) simple book. The recipes are great and easy to prepare. I highly recommend it.
Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 people (Rating: 5 out of 5) Raw Food Made Easy For 1 or 2 People Add this to your Raw Food Library. The recipes are easy to create quickly and are delicious and creative. A real winner for those trying the Raw Food way for the first time. Many will become favorites and even family and friends not doing raw food will enjoy them.
Good Book, Easy Read (Rating: 4 out of 5) This book was my first introduction to raw food other than previewing some websites. I like the book because it was basic and simple. I could try a few recipes without making a huge investment. Try a few dishes out before deciding which direction I wanted to go. I read all the book which offers explanations regarding equipment and tools and food sources. It is an inexpensive, easy read to make the raw food introduction.
