Could be handy for those who like to cook and to make meals your family can eat with you. Many of the recipes are for single servings. I didn't use it much, I ate pretty plain and very strictly followed the protocol, as I was not willing to take any chances with my weight loss stalling.
Excellent hCG Phase 2 Recipes (Rating: 5 out of 5) Mrs. Prinster has made an excellent addition to the Weight Loss Cure Protocol. If you can't handle Phase 2 after buying this Recipe book, then forget about completing this diet successfully. Many recipes in this book stretch your imagination utilizing only the few acceptable ingredients within Phase 2 of the WLC. Thank you Dr. ATW Simeons for creating this amazing Cure for weight loss. Thank you Mrs. Prinster for making the WLC Protocol so tasty!
Probably not worth it (Rating: 2 out of 5) I didn't find this booklet all that helpful. Just use your own creativity and don't get so hung up on the small stuff.
don't waste your money (Rating: 2 out of 5) Not that many ideas worth mentioning. Also, doesn't follow Dr. Simeons protocol exactly. Not worth the money!
Tasty Hcg Recipes (Rating: 3 out of 5) This is a good book for beginning hcgers. The recipes are tasty and easy to prepare. Even though the diet has limited ingredients, they make interesting and satisfying meals. This is good for people just starting out and learning about the basics of the diet.
