strength given (Rating: 5 out of 5) My girlfriend introduced me to Linda Maran's Confronting the bully of OCD. Just like the auther I myself suffer/suffered from OCD and anxiety. This book will help greatly for someone who has this common hardship and or someone whos family/friend of the person. Good techniques, advice and guidelines. It is also very well written. I would hope many people turn to this book as we did. Some people wont go seek help from a doctor but heres a good way to personally help yourself with out the anxiety kicking in to go see a specialist. 5 stars!
won back freedom (Rating: 5 out of 5) A very couragous step and a very encouraging book. She wrote with truth and gave helpful advice. Personally I took the advice and examples to heart for understanding, my boyfriend of two years suffers from OCD and anxiety. Lots of writers of such books tell and give off of facts and what theyve seen not experianced. As for Linda Maran she knows first hand and from experiance and this will help many. Her qoutes from famous people were also wise and perfect. From the cover to the pages to the writting everything about this book is nothing less than perfect. I would recommed this book to others suffering OCD or dealing with and or professors in this field.
A very helpful read (Rating: 4 out of 5) This book was very well written. The advice was very helpful. Linda Maran was very encouraging. I would recommend it to any OCD sufferer.
