Product DescriptionCant Lose Weight?
You Could Have Syndrome X
by Dr. Sandra Cabot
If you find it impossible to lose weight, have a tendency to gain weight around your abdomen, or have high blood pressure, you may be suffering from Syndrome X. Caused by a chemical imbalance that forces the body to store rather than burn fat, Syndrome X is the number one reason most people are unable to lose weight. In CANT LOSE WEIGHT? internationally known diet expert Dr. Sandra Cabot reveals the hidden causes of weight excess and outlines a viable course of action for overcoming Syndrome X. Featuring a 12-week metabolic weight-loss eating program with recipes, CANT LOSE WEIGHT? addresses the factors that prevent you from losing weight and offers permanent and sensible solutions.
X- factor (Rating: 5 out of 5) Wide-ranging discussion of often unknown factors that prevent weight loss. Highly recommended.
Really Works!! (Rating: 5 out of 5) I went to see Dr Cabot in person when a friend dragged me along. The whole time she was talking to the 500+ people there I could have SWORN that she was talking to me directly. I bought this book the next day and over the following three months I lost 30kg (that's 66 pounds in US language) and it was not so much the weight loss - but I felt like a million dollars :-) I would recommend this book to anyone.
Worked for Me - 66 Pound Loss in 4 Months (Rating: 4 out of 5) Of all people, my chiropractor recommended this book to me. I waited four months to read it and another month to take action. Between 4 June and 15 October, I lost 30 kg! Since the first purchase, I have bought 15 copies at Amazon.com for friends. You could say I believe in this book.
Why not 5 stars? The key concepts in the book require you to read the entire book. It is not a bad thing to read the whole book, but 20% of the book contains 99% of the material of interest.
