This is an excellent publication. Easy to read, understand without getting too hooked on medical terminology.

The topics covered are many and varied with useful suggested recommendations for all kinds of ailments.

I have read several books about Vitamins and Herbs. By far this is my Favorite Book. This book has a break down of each item and how it can help and works in the body's system. I found out several interesting facts I did not know. I have poor health and this book has helped me to find vitamins, and herbs that really help. Not just throwing my money away on things that do not work. This has also helped a friend with Lupus, Heart problems.
