Product DescriptionKristin Burns is making her way in New York City. Her photos are being considered at a major Manhattan gallery, she works by day with two wonderful children, and the man of her dreams is almost hers for keeps. But just as everything she's ever wanted is finally within reach, her life changes forever--with one murderous nightmare. Kristin wakes up every morning from the same chilling, unforgettable dream. And suddenly, it's visiting her during the day too. As her life turns stranger by the minute, Kristin is haunted and terrified. Is it all in her head? Or is the nightmare becoming her life? Kristin searches desperately for what's real through the lens of her camera, only knowing two things for sure: that no place is safe and the fate of everyone she loves lies in her hands.
Not as bad as the other reviews.... (Rating: 3 out of 5) Tremendously fast read....Typical Patterson.....I sort of liked it and felt for the main character. Another very quick and easy read, Patterson books are great on audio CD since they are short and easy to follow in the car.
One of my favs (Rating: 4 out of 5) I've read many of Patterson's books but this was one of my favorites. In fact, I liked it so much, I read it again once I finished it the first time. What I like most about the book was the angle it comes from - something different, fresh and capturing.
Fun little read for the airport (Rating: 4 out of 5) Picked this book up at the grocery store as it seemed to be the only book without Fabio on the cover. It's definitely not Shakespeare, but I found it to be a page turner. I enjoyed it and couldn't wait to see how it would end. I recommend this as a great book to take along to pass the time in a waiting room or somewhere you wouldn't want to read a book that's really deep. If you go into it not expecting much I think you'll get a kick out of it.
The Worst Patterson Book Ever (Rating: 1 out of 5) I've been a long time James Patterson fan, but over the last several years, I've been so disappointed in the co-authored books that have been churned out every few months.
YOU'VE BEEN WARNED (and you have here) is the WORST BOOK EVER. If you don't believe me and still want to read about a nanny and wannabe photographer who has murderous nightmares, then PLEASE borrow the book from the library and save your money, as I have to believe you'll want to trash it in the end.
Absolute Worst Book (Rating: 1 out of 5) What a complete waste of my time. Please save your time and money and find something interesting to read. Alex Cross, yes. Womens Club, yes. Anything else I will stay away from.
