self grooming happy cat. (Rating: 4 out of 5) The only reason I don't rate this a full 5 stars is because It doesn't hold the hair after my cat brushes against it.
I've seen her use it both when I'm away from her and when I'm right next to her. She seems to really like the feel of the comb. this is a great buy, she can groom herself as long as she wants with out getting mad at me for stopping!
lastly, be sure of what corner you choose and the height. The sticky pad will take the wall with it, if you try to change it.
Buy this! Your cat will loooove it! (Rating: 5 out of 5) My cat was tearing the box open. The Kitty Korner Komber comes with catnip and it must be better than the usual schwag. As soon as I put the Komber up though, he lost interest in the kitty weed. My cat is missing a hind leg and this product is perfect for him to scratch his face and side on. He uses on both sides of his body. He always rubs his face and sides of his mouth on the corners of everything and since the Komber feels so good, he uses it instead of the walls or furniture. I had a cat with all four legs who used it just as often. It's the one thing designed for cats that my cat will actually use. I have bought this product several times. It's hard to find in pet stores.
Matt can't stand it (Rating: 1 out of 5) I bought this for my cat because he so loves chin chuckings and pettings all the time. He's about six years old and is a garden variety orange tabby, neutered. For the life of me, I can't get him interested in this item. I've rubbed him against it, both head and body, and even put treats on it, and he simply couldn't care less about it. Also, mine came broken, and my husband had to repair it before putting it on the wall. It was fairly difficult to get it to stay securely. If anyone has any suggestions regarding getting Matt interested in this thing, I'd appreciate it.

To each his own... (Rating: 3 out of 5) I have two adult cats who have separate opinions about this product. My male doesn't care for it; he also thinks it looks cheap. So, attach it to an unpopular corner of your house where guests will miss it. On the other hand, my female rubs up against this on a daily basis. Then again, she'll rub up on anything including the screen of my laptop. And she doesn't care if it's in an obscure corner of the house. She'll go the extra mile to visit it.
