waste of money (Rating: 1 out of 5) seriously, buy a tape recorder and just play it continuously to your bird. at least then, it will be your own voice he's hearing and not just some random person saying 'hello' over and and over again. i'm sure repitition is good for them to learn, but i paid $11.99 for this? the entire cd is made up of random words or phrases all about 3-5 seconds long. the idea is to choose the one you want your bird to learn and then put the that track of the cd on repeat. it makes sense, but really, couldn't you do it yourself for free? also, alot of the words are things i wouln't want him to learn anyway, just random stuff you wouldn't normally even say yourself.

MY WIFE AND I HAVE LEARNED SOME NEW WORDS (Rating: 3 out of 5) WE HAVE HAD THIS FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS. I HAVE A TWO MCCAWS ONE 8 YEARS OLD THE OTHER 14 WEEKS. SO FAR THE LITTLE ONE WILL MIMIC ALL OF HIS BIGGER SISTERS BAD HABITS BUT THE CD SEEMS TO BE INEFFECTIVE. THE WORD OF THE DAY IS BYE BYE BYE BYE. I SUGGEST NOT BEING HOME DURING THIS EVENT :)
Still waiting for it to work... (Rating: 3 out of 5) Either my bird can't talk, or it really doesnt want to say "I love you." The disk has a lot of good phrases, but some of them will probably never be used (uh, "Whaaaaaaaaats up?").
Feathered Phonics volume 1 (Rating: 4 out of 5) The CD is a good idea for teaching a bird to speak,but there are words on it that would never be spoken in our home so why teach them to the bird. I will look through the other choices of CD's and try to find one with different words.
