Great area to explore! (Rating: 4 out of 5) The first thing you notice in this game (if you've played the previous two), is the giant leap EA has made in the graphics. The graphics in SS and Cos were a little less realistic, also, they were the kind of game were you can sometimes see through the characters and there are just a whole lot of glitches. Not in this. In "Harry Potter and the prisoner of Azkaban" the game, there are also A LOT, and I mean "A LOT" of places to explore! It's the first time we've actually seen Hogwarts. But if the only reason you want this game is to see Hogwarts, I'd recommend Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix.
great, but could be... better? (Rating: 4 out of 5) I loved the game. My only gripe is that is was quick and easy. OK, so I have 2 gripes. Yeah, the title is 'Harry Potter' but the second part is 'the prisoner of azkaban'... who is Sirus. You really should have been able to play Sirus as well, or he should have been a much more integral part of this game. Over all though, it was really great.
HARRY POTTER GAME FOR XBOX (Rating: 5 out of 5) I PURCHASED THE GAME FOR MY DAUGHTER. SHE LOVED IT. SHE COMPLETED THE ENTIRE GAME AND WON IN 2 DAYS.
My 7 year old son loves this game (Rating: 5 out of 5) The game is the world of Harry Potter as seen in the films but expands upon all those themes with new adventures. Sound effects and graphics are good and it is fast paced for a 7 year old.
Excellent! True to the story and very fun. (Rating: 5 out of 5) Very true to the story. This game started out rather boring, especially if you've already played the other games in the series, but it just keeps getting better. Don't buy it if you have the game on PS2, either, it's exactly the same, but it's a harder game than the second and easier than the first. You could almost say that it was a happy medium. Being a Harry Potter fanatic, myself, it was rather exciting to finally be able to play a game on my first console. Being almost sompletely true to the book made it all the better. Play it!
